Our beer filling machine adopts German technology and the latest industrial production technology. It adopts the vacuum filing method. We can customize with twice vacuum to reduce oxygen content according to the client’s actual request.

The equipment is equipped with famous abroad brand electrical components( such as Siemens and Schneider,…), with a complete set of CIP clean connection ports for keeping a clean filling environment, and with a centralized lubrication system for guaranteeing long time work performance. And it’s controlled by PLC, no bottles stop filling. Automatic frequency step-less speed adjustment, easy to operate on the touch screen. We can control the liquid level within 2mm for batch production since there is an electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.

The main structure consists of a bottle inlet screw, washing part, filling part, capping part, and bubble device. The beer filling machine is our company’s star product, we can customize the equipment capacity from 300-20000 bottles per hour to meet the various client’s actual requests.   1. The rinsing part adopts high-strength stainless steel bottles of spring-loaded folders, ensuring a stable reversal of the glass bottles. The nozzle is a plum-like structure that can wash every corner of the sidewall and bottom to make the bottle clean.
  2. The Filling machine adopts spring-type mechanical lifting equipment to upgrade glass bottles, large bearing support floundering in the vat, and use of guide-rod in the orientation of the structure, with the pre-cover features.
  3. We adopt a high-precision mechanical filling valve. The cylinder liquid level and the backpressure are controlled by a variable signal proportional, which is fast, stable, and accurate. We’ll do one time vacuum every time.
  4. We adopt stainless steel capping-plunger and mechanical stirring type magnetic cap sorter, which can ensure the cleaning and reliability of the capping part. The hopper, taking bottle caps, and capping are all transmitted by the magnet. The capping has an automatic unloading function, reliable in operation, and reduces the bottle breaking rate.
  5. Before the capping, use a hot water bubble set to displace bottlenecks air, ensuring less than 0.15mg / L oxygen content.
  6. Filling machines have equipped with broken bottle automatically stopping valve, broken bottle washing, and foam automatically exhausting device.
  7. Our machine equips with a perfect CIP cleaning function. The filling pipeline is available to wash with acid, alkali, liquid, and hot water.
  8. All the materials in contact with the valves, tanks, pipes are made of stainless steel 304 materials, inside and outside the wall of mirror-polished, ensuring it is food-grade safety.
  9. We design with oil lubrication system to make sure to maintain conveniently.
  10. The whole operation adopts an advanced man-machine interface, PLC control, frequency conversion step-less speed regulation, and other automatic control technology. Without a sensor, the bottle, not fill liquid. Without sensor bottle caps, do not do capping of the bottle cap. And we also have other security protection according to the client’s actual request.
